All Of my veils are made by hand in the United States.  Materials also come from the United States.  The only exceptions are the thread and Swarovski Rhinestones which are manufactured in Europe.
**  I don't accept refunds or exchanges because I will not sell USED veils.**  Your veil is made specifically for you.  It is not coming from China or another third world country!  Please allow us the time to make your veil properly (Usually five business days or less).  Please be certain about your purchase.  If you need to tulle samples, please go back to the homepage of  my store and click into "Color Samples" .

Priority Mail- 2-3 days transit
International Customers:
Intenational 1st Class Mail- transit varies
Please keep in mind that we assume no responsibility for postal delays due to holidays, weather or customs holds.  In addition, international customers might be responsible for taxes and/or dutes.  This is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller.  Please check with your post office.
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Your veil or sash is made specifically for you.  Our veils and sashes are not pre-made.  All customers deserve a new, unworn item.
If you are uncertain about your color choice, we strongly advice ordering a swatch sample.  This will eliminate any uncertainty.
If you believe that you have received the wrong item, please contact us.  We will gladly fix the issue.  You will be given instructions for returning the wrong item and the correct item will be promptly sent.
We realize that choosing the correct color can be confusing, so we have created (9) different swatch cards.  This will eliminate the dissapointment of receiving the incorrect color.
